Riddle Area

this will be the area in which I work on the riddles. I've got to be prepared.

1.) In each sentence, an animal is concealed. The first sentence has dog concealed. Can you find the others?

Horace tries in school to be a very good boy.
What shall I do, Gertrude?
Asking nutty questions can be most annoying.
Did I ever tell you, Bill, I once found a dollar?
A gold key is not a common key.
John came late to his arithmetic class.
I enjoy listening to music at night.
People who drive too fast are likely to be arrested.

2.) 1-2-3-4-5-6

I am a 6 letter word.
Letters 6-5-2 spell out a drink.
Letters 4-5-2-3 spell out a fruit.
Letters 1-2-6 spell out a pet.
Letters 3-2-6 spell out a pest, which often gets eaten by 1-2-6.
What am I?

3.) The first is needed to make quotes you see,
And it often sticks up when it's time for noon tea.

The second's biggest distinction is found
Bearing the symbol of love that is bound.

The third should be biggest but that can depend,
Never standing alone or it may offend.

The fourth is oft used when making a selection
Or if you should need a gun for protection.

The fifth is the fattest and oddest by far,
And can sometimes be found in a wrestling war.

Sorry about the random edits on the challenge thread. I actually posted #1 there and then editted it out and then posted "Check my answers" there too, which I didn't want to be advertised. Sorry about the confusion. I really did enjoy the challenge though and I didn't use Google that much, :S

Thanks, lol. It's a strategy, to say the least. And, I've really liked the game so far, I think it's been great and I like the duel twist and all. If you guys ever decide to do a Season 2 and need to expand your staff, lol..., I'd love to help you guys out. I can't wait to see the episodes though! Have you already started working on them or not yet?


And, I'll kind of make a little confessional here. In football games, there's the stiffarm, which basically means turning your opponent who's trying to tackle you into your own puppet and you can throw him on the ground. Essentially, that's what is happening for me. At this point, I've got to immunity my way to the end and win out. If not, people are going to realize that I'm a big threat with the immunity wins and vote me out, which is something I don't want to happen. Ideally, I would have loved to get rid of Raiden, since I see him as being the best competitor here. However, Cage is telling me he's doing Cyber and Raiden PMed me, saying he's doing Cyber. Cyber won't do Cyber, but I'm sure Shao will. So, it'll be 3-whateverCybervotes-howeverIvote. In essence, my vote won't really count (sounds like the American voting system, lol). So, this kind of sucks. I hope I'm able to win tomorrow's challenge and the next one after that. We'll see though. I'm going to vote in the morning tomorrow, just to see if policies change overnight..., but I'm pretty sure they won't.

Awww thanks! We might do a season 2, but we haven't decided yet. If we do, it won't be for a while. I have a few episodes done, but just a little behind. Thanks for the kind words and have a good night!
